Over the past week the Cricut designers have been sharing Random Crafts of Kindness on the Cricut Blog and Cricut Facebook pages. Random Crafts of Kindness (Cute name, huh?) is about creating crafts to be kind to others...love this idea! Well, I created treat bags for Christmas to give to my kiddo's teachers! Take a look...

These little babies were super easy and super cheap to create!! I bought the snowflake cellophane bags from Wal-Mart for $1.50 for 15 bags...what a bargain, right? I then filled each bag with what Muddy Buddy Mix made from Chex Cereal. You can find the recipe
HERE. We actually refer to it as "snowman poop," which gives my kiddos a chuckle every time someone says it! LOL!!
To create the tags, I used
Cricut's Very Merry Tags Cartridge which was released in 2009-2010...long time ago, huh? Do you have it? Well, if you don't, you can actually buy this cartridge and many, many other OLD cartridges from Cricut Craft Room through the
Cricut.com site! Cricut Craft Room is so easy and quick to use that you will never use anything else!! I'm hooked!! I love that I was able to load my mat with ALL of the cuts I needed to make, and spit these babies out in no time!!!
Anyhoo, thanks for stopping by today, and make sure to drop by the
Cricut Blog and
Facebook page. I'm sure they are feeling quite generous this time of year! Tootles!
