This creamy mustard is all about the kick! And SchoolHouse Kitchen is an awesome company. Patsy started her line of condiments with the hope that profits from each sale could go back to education. Right now, a portion of the proceeds go to the Farm Based Education Association to inspire, nurture and promote farm based education. Gotta love that! It's a family run organization run by Pasty and her children...very neat company! Here is a look at my recipe...
4-salmon filets
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Prepare grill by lightly oiling grill grate over medium-high heat. Brush salmon filets with a generous amount of olive oil. Salt and pepper the salmon fillets modestly on both sides. Place fillets onto grill. Grill salmon for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Mustard Sauce
1/2 cup Light Mayo
1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
3 tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen Horseradish-Dill Mustard
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Combine above ingredients and mix until well blended. Add a dollop to Grilled Salmon...enjoy!
