A Bicycle Built for 6

Ok, so it's not my typical kind of layout, but I had FUN trying something new. I used sketch #158 Creative Scrappers...way fun and way not me!!! I made some "Frances" changes to it, and it is now my favorite layout of the month!! And I must also mention, that you can never go wrong with Jillibean Soup!

I'm Thrilled...

...to share that Imaginisce announced today on their blog that I am the newest addition to their Design Team!!!!! HOLY COW, right? I am so super excited about this new endeavor....LOVE their stuff!! Here is a look at a few projects that I have completed with 2 of their newest lines...

Sweet on You

First off, there is something about a momma and her only boy...sweet! And the Berrylicious Collection was just what was needed for this pic! I used a recent Creative Scrappers sketch that shows off the entire line. Along with the Berrylicious Collection, I could NOT help but try my hand at the I-Rock, and the Glam Rocks look like a lip gloss tubes...genius!!

Hello Baby Card

Ok, this collection makes me want to have another baby all over again...sorry honey! The Little Cutie Collection is just adorable, and perfect for cards. But what makes me the happiest about this line...you can choose to not use the real baby sides of the patterned paper, and create projects that just have a soft feel to them! LOVE that!

Well there you have it! My first official post as an Imaginisce Design Team member...yay!! All Good Things...

...must come to an end. The end of what you maybe thinking? Well, the end of my time at Creative Scrappers. It has been great. There is always tons of inspiration to be seen at Creative Scrappers, and the sketches are a breeze to work with. Here is a look at my layout that I created using Sketch #140 that went live yesterday.

She Puts the "Happy" in Happy Holidays

Well, what do you think? How do you like the look of my blog? I am loving it! It is clean and simple, not like me, but whatever. Guess since my day to day life can be kinda complicated, something needs to be simple! The chickie that made all of the changes is Kristine Davidson...she is also the owner of Creative Scrappers! She is wonderful. And if you looking for a new look, she is certainly the person to see!

Playing Catch Up and a Call for Layouts!!!

Hiya ladies! I think I have a "Catch Up" post every month! Well, like everyone, the holidays bring on a "To do" list a mile long for me! Right now on my list I have about 5 parties this week to prepare for, shopping for the big day, scrappy work, house work...shew! And like that is not enough, I have bigger fish to fry...Vivi informed me this morning that she just has to know Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer by "Fursday" or she will not be the best singer at the Christmas program. She says that she will let Santa down if she is not the best!! And Brock says that he needs to go shopping to buy me a BIG diamond ring because we are going on a date Friday. These are some serious things that need to be on my "To do" list, right? And Brock's request just moved to top priority...I love kids!

Heavens to Betsy that booty...I could just pinch it! And I did not even mean to take this pic...love when that happens! On this layout I used an assortment of MLBOW textured cloud buttons. They are super fun!

It has been awhile since I have used a bit of Sassafras, and it was just what I needed for Steph's textured buttons and ladybug stick pin!

Lets Par-tay!!

Hi all!!! Wowee what a busy weekend!! I had a house FULL of family, and I enjoyed every minute of it. My baby sister (Well, she is not such a baby anymore...she is 30!!), her sweet Irish boyfriend, and 2 dozen New York bagels, came to visit from Long Island, New York. And with that my momma, my dad and his wife, my step-sister, my father and mother-in-law, my brother-in-law (he's single ladies!!) my mother-in-law's brother and family, and a few friends...shew...we had a blast!! I used the yummy Echo Park Life is Good Collection to complete this layout, and the pic is actually of the last time Edie and her beau came to visit. Funny enough, I took the same identical picture of the lovebirds and my kiddos yesterday...I can smell a layout with those pics coming soon!!
