If you ever visit any online scrapbook websites (LOL...I am addicted!), you can agree that you mostly see 1 page layouts. And as much as I am a fan of the 1 page layout, I feel that the 2 page layout is sometimes neglected. I am guilty of taking a ridiculous amount of photos at one event, and sometimes, I love and want to include them all. I also figure with the way I love to junk up a 1 page layout with tons of embellishments, it is truely twice the fun with a two pager. In spite of all of these reasons to do 2 page layouts, many websites and blogs do not appreciate the beauty of a 2 page layout...So this weekend I decided to give the 2 page layout some love!
"Carving Memories"--Found this sketch at the fabulous blog, Sketch Me if You Can. Check it out...there are tons of sketches for 2 page layouts.

"Family Ties"--Based on the first sketch of
Two Peas Super Sketches yearlong class.
This was a page that I knew I needed to include as many pictures as I could. This is actually the 3rd layout that I have done from Thanksgiving 2007...it was such a special event. We spent the entire day at my husband's grandparents. Not only were all of the pictures precious, it was also the last Thanksgiving we would spend with Papa. So instead of fall colors and the traditional Thanksgiving and fall embellishments, I focused on the love that we have for our family.
