Mmmmm...

...Happy Saturday! Just finishing off a helping of Basic Grey's Nook & Pantry. I am in love...really, in love! Lisa from Right at Home sent me the entire line to create with this month. And I must say, I never realized just how much stuff Basic Grey has to go with their paper! When I opened the box full of goodies...it was magical...LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! Ok, enough already, right? Here are the first of many, many projects with my 2 new boyfriends...Nook & Pantry.

I love this sketch! My favorite...is all of the patterned paper it allows you use and layer. Everything that you see, with the exception of the book paper and alphas, is Nook & Pantry. It is rich, delicate, and all together "delish"!!

This layout was also a delight! Have you ever masked? Well, this was my first go at it, and I am super happy with the result. Basically, you just take any shape, and mist or paint over the shape onto the paper. I decided to hand stitch around the scallop just to add a little pizazz! I also used a fabulous sketch from the sketch blog Sketchy Thursdays...woweee they are some talented chickas! The white space of this layout REALLY makes me happy!
